Today we have learned about the importance of research and its uses and how each brand or company uses research strategies for their brand, to receive better knowledge of the current state of the industry or understand competitors strategies and thinking processes. This was an informative lecture as this is exactly what I must accomplish to make my brand as strong as possible while being compared to other brands in the banking e-banking industry.
I am interested in learning on how the brands became successful and what strategies were used and thought of to get ahead of their own competitors.
Although the most challenging and exciting part of this week was certainly getting introduced to creating Brand Touchpoints, these are visua items or advertisements that can be used to show the brand in a proffesional spotlight.
The creative process was fairly simple as our tutor agreed that photoshop can be used for this task therefore It set a relief in me as I know on how to use photoshop quite well.
The posters that I have created are meant to be looking simple, modern and minimalist as that’s what the Beezy brand is meant to be representing, although it does look quite boring and maybe too simple, adding a brand logo may have helped although I am satisfied with the outcome.
The tutor has stated that although it is attractive and quite modern, it does not show what the application or brand is able to do or how it will ‘’make it easy for you’’ to use this application, so these are the areas I must look back at again.
